Return Policy
Thank you for visiting pipeliningsupply.com. At Pipe Lining Supply, we pride ourselves in the quality and usability of our products. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent with 5 business days after receiving the shipment, unused and in the original packaging. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their original shipping packaging will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

All returns will be inspected and processed by our staff, and, if necessary, tested to determine the defect. Return credits will be processed within 7 business days. Pipe Lining Supply, Inc. reserves the right to exchange the materials or issue a refund.
