Vinyl Ester Resin

CORVE 8190 Vinyl Ester resin combined with our AF felt liner meets the Greenbook requirement for the City of Los Angeles. Available in 5 gallon pails of 40 lbs. each, and is activated with the Perk catalyst listed below. This resin system is very easy to use.

Polyester Resin

Quik PE Polyester Resin is an economical resin option.  Polyester resin has been used in the lining business for years. It is a styrene based resin that is activated with a Perk catalyst listed below.  Available in 5 gal pails or 40 lbs each or 55 gal drums.

Perkadox

CH-50 Perkadox catalyst is sold in small pre-measured containers that are packaged 16 per case.  This fine powder easily mixes with either the Vinyl Ester Resin or the Polyester Resin to facilitate a consistent and uniform cure.

Felt Liner Tube with PVC coating is characterized by its simple and thorough soaking ability and is ideally suited for straight lines for both residential and light commercial lines. 

FlexLiner consists of felt tube with a PVC coating.  The triple stitch insures easy saturation at the seam. Can negotiate 45 degree bends with just a slight fold.

Super Flex Thick Liner is a very flexible liner that has a cross stitched seam. Super Flex Liner has a PVC coating and negotiates bends up to 90 degree sweeps with minimal wrinkling. Super Flex Liner is available in two thickness – 2.5mm or 4.5mm.

Superlite Calibration Hose is green in color.    Light weight polyester fabric with PVC coating with an overlapped and taped joint. 

The Orange High Temp Calibration Hose is designed to tolerate temps up to 180 degree. It is made from a medium weight polyester fabric with PVC coating and is very tough. Perfect product to use when heat curing using the MaxLiner Hot Kick™ boiler.
 

Pre-Liner is a poly tubing with fiberglass reinforcement. Used when existing sewer line has pipe missing and/or water is infiltrating into your line.

Fiberglass Matting is a bi-ply fiberglass composed of woven roving and chopped roving stitch-bonded into one fabric. See Sectional-Seal™ section for more details.
